1. Information We Collect

• VIP list signup: the email address you submit to join the VIP drop list.
• Orders: your name, email address, and shipping address, collected and processed securely by Stripe at checkout. We do not collect or store your full payment card details ourselves — Stripe handles that directly.
• Contact form: your name, email address, and message, when you reach out through the Contact page.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To fulfill and ship orders, and email you order confirmations.
• To email you about new drops if you’ve joined the VIP list.
• To respond to messages sent through the Contact page.
• To keep the Site secure and working correctly.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with a small number of service providers, only as needed to run the Site:

• Stripe — payment processing and fraud prevention.
• Resend — sending order and VIP-list confirmation emails, and delivering contact form messages.
• Vercel & Neon — hosting the Site and storing order/signup records in our database.

Each of these providers only receives the information necessary to perform its specific function.

4. Cookies & Tracking

This Site does not currently use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it.

5. Data Retention

We keep order and signup records for as long as reasonably necessary for accounting, legal, and customer-service purposes, or until you ask us to delete them.

6. Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from the VIP list, at any time by emailing styledbythriftcraft@gmail.com.

7. Children’s Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page, with the “last updated” date revised accordingly.
