1. About the Products

Every piece sold on this Site is one-of-one and hand-built from reclaimed, thrifted, or otherwise upcycled fabric. Because of this:

• No two pieces are identical, even within the same style or listing photo.
• Small natural variations — in fabric texture, color, wear, or minor imperfections inherent to reclaimed material — are part of the product, not a defect.
• Once a piece sells, it will not be remade or restocked. Product photos represent the actual piece being sold wherever possible.
• Pieces are listed as one size, fully adjustable to fit a range of bodies.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase — we do not see or store your full payment card details. Because each piece is one-of-one, an order is only confirmed once payment successfully completes; in the rare case two people attempt to purchase the same sold-out piece, the first successful payment holds the sale and any other attempt will be declined and refunded in full.

3. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders ship within approximately 3–5 business days of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships. Styled by THRIFTCRAFT is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once a package has left our hands, though we’re happy to help you track down a lost or delayed order.

4. Returns & Refunds

5. Intellectual Property

All photography, designs, text, and branding on this Site belong to Styled by THRIFTCRAFT and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site and its products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Styled by THRIFTCRAFT disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of a product. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page, with the “last updated” date revised accordingly.
